The Abbey Road Centre is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, registered with the Charity Commission 1047314. We are registered with the Data Commissioner's Office: Z7082291
The Abbey Road Centre is now known on a day to day basis as Canolfan Abbey Road. We are a centre in the community that supports better mental health and wellbeing. We hire rooms and offices to people and companies. We are a landlord for lots of services that support people with better mental health directly, or with issues that can make our mental health drop. We also provide our own services-these include group activities and one to one support, such as providing information and counselling services in partnership with Bangor University. When we share our services with you to support you, we have to gather some basic information from you to keep you safe.
Companies like The Abbey Road Centre often hold information about people and it is the law that we have to keep this information safe and secure.
To do this The Abbey Road Centre must let you know that we have information about you and how we will use it. This is called a Privacy Notice.
This document is The Abbey Road Centre’s Privacy Notice. It will tell you why we need information about you, what we do with it and your rights around how your information is used.
We may keep information about you to ensure that we are able to provide a safe and professional service to you. Relevant information allows us to provide you with the best support possible.

We might collect, share and store your personal information as we have an agreement with you to support you. This support is funded by an agreement with Gwynedd Council and the Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board

The only people who will will allow to see your information are:

Parts of the health and care system, such as GP’s, or social workers for example

Our funders (who would see information that is anonymous for reporting purposes).

We only keep information for as long as it is needed. That amount of time will be in line with the law and other regulations set by other organisations and will depend on why it was needed in the first place.

If you think we have information about you that is no longer needed, you can ask us to delete it. As long as we are allowed to by law, we will be able to do that.
